Exchange Policy

At Nityashree, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day exchange policy only. We do not provide returns or refunds.

Exchange Eligibility
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The replacement product must be of the same value or higher than the original purchase.
  • A valid order confirmation or invoice is required.
  • A clear, continuous parcel opening (unboxing) video is mandatory for all exchange requests. The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened and should clearly show the package and the product received. Exchange requests without an opening video will not be accepted.
Exchange Process

Our exchange process is completely manual.

  1. Email us at info@nityashree.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your Order ID, the reason for the exchange, and the name, size, and color of the new product you wish to receive (of the same value or higher).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 working hours with further instructions.
  4. Once your request is approved and the returned product passes inspection, we will process and dispatch your replacement.
Shipping Charges
  1. Shipping charges for all exchanges will be borne by the customer.
  2. If you choose a product of higher value, you must pay the price difference before dispatch.
Non-Exchangeable Items
  1. Products marked as Non-Exchangeable.
  2. Customized or personalized products.
  3. Used, washed, damaged, or altered items.
  4. Products without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at info@nityashree.com within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

No Return & No Refund
  1. We do not accept returns.
  2. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
  3. Only eligible products can be exchanged, subject to approval and stock availability.
