Shipping Coverage
Nityashree offers FREE shipping across India on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges for deliveries within India.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided during checkout), allowing you to track your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, our support team will contact you to arrange re-dispatch, if applicable.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate when placing your order. Nityashree is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and products so we can resolve the issue promptly.
