We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your product, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoices must be included.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Non-Exchangeable.
- Gift cards, digital products, or downloadable items.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer use or negligence.
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide exchange instructions.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange.
Shipping Charges
- If the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product sent by us, we will cover the shipping costs.
- For exchanges requested due to size, color, or customer preference, return and re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Important Notes
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit, as applicable.
- We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
